Medium Trade Program — for the deals big operators skip

Transactions of EUR 10,000–50,000 between Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. One contract, one coordinator, one company accountable end to end.

Too small for the giants, too hard for the locals

A EUR 30,000 transaction with a Georgian buyer is real money for both sides — and nobody's priority in logistics. Global forwarders route it through three departments and a ticket system. A local carrier takes the haul but leaves you the customs, the paperwork and the risk. The deal is profitable on paper and exhausting in practice.

Structure for the middle of the market

The Medium Trade Program packages what a mid-sized transaction actually needs — and the scope is tailored at the quoting stage. A EUR 12,000 first shipment and a EUR 45,000 recurring flow don't need the same care package.

  • One contract covering the route, the handling and the formalities — not a stack of subcontractor terms.
  • One coordinator who knows your transaction by name, not by ticket number.
  • One accountable company — if something goes wrong anywhere on the route, you call us, and it's ours to fix.

What the coordination covers

The Program is built on capabilities we already run, packaged for a mid-sized deal:

  • Route coordination end to end — consolidation at our Katowice warehouse, both eastern corridors (Black Sea RO-RO via Romania and Bulgaria, or overland through Turkey), and the trans-Caspian leg to Central Asia.
  • Customs support on both sides, working with local customs agencies.
  • Communication in the languages of the region — Polish, English, Georgian, Danish and Russian — with our Tbilisi office as the contact point on the Caucasus side.
  • Cargo flexibility — from a single pallet (LTL) to a full trailer (FTL), including temperature-controlled (reefer) transport.

Built for first steps and steady flows

Exporters entering the Caucasus with pilot volumes. Distributors running recurring mid-sized orders. European buyers sourcing from the region who want one counterparty on the logistics side. If your transaction sits between "parcel" and "dedicated logistics department", this is your lane.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Program more expensive than booking transport directly?

You pay for coordination that would otherwise be your working hours. For most clients in the bracket, that trade is the point.

Does it cover one-off transactions?

Yes. Many relationships on this route started with a single guarded pallet.

What if my transaction is bigger than EUR 50,000?

Then we talk normally — the bracket defines the Program, not the company.

Got a deal in the bracket?

Describe the transaction — value, cargo, direction. The coordinator replies personally.
