Customs on both sides — closed before it becomes your problem

Export formalities coordinated in Poland before departure. Import formalities coordinated at destination. One chain, no handover gap.

Export clearance where the cargo is

Consolidation and export formalities happen in the same place — our bonded warehouse in Katowice, Poland. We coordinate the clearance, working with local customs agencies, so missing certificates and document errors surface before departure, where they cost hours, not at a border, where they cost days.

Import formalities at destination

On the Georgian side, import formalities are coordinated on arrival as part of the same chain, working with local customs agencies. For Armenia, Azerbaijan and Central Asia, we plan the multi-border documentation before the truck leaves Poland — so a customs regime is a step in the schedule, not a surprise in it.

Georgia's EU agreement is your margin

Georgia's Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) with the EU reduces or removes tariffs for many product categories, and Georgia holds a parallel agreement with EFTA. Which rates apply to your goods is a question we answer at the quoting stage — with the tariff line, not a shrug.

What we need from you

Two documents start every shipment; the rest depends on the tariff code — and we tell you which, before the cargo moves.

  • Commercial invoice and packing list — the baseline for every consignment.
  • Product-specific certificates (sanitary, origin, conformity) where the tariff code requires them.

Frequently asked questions

Can you clear goods we bought from a third country?

Usually yes — bonded warehousing allows re-export handling without paying EU import duties first. Describe the flow in your enquiry and we'll confirm what applies.

Do you advise on tariff codes?

We verify the code you use and flag obvious mismatches. Binding classification stays with customs authorities — we won't pretend otherwise.

What about VAT on exports to Georgia?

EU exports are zero-rated with proper export confirmation — which the clearance process produces as a matter of course.
